Content on this site, including the Free Calculator, case studies, and articles, is for general information and illustration. It is not tax, legal, or accounting advice, and no professional relationship is formed by using the site. Specialty Tax provides decision support and documentation alongside your CPA; your CPA and the taxpayer determine the final filing position.

2. No guarantee of savings

Case study results are past results and are not a guarantee of future outcomes. Benefits depend on each taxpayer’s facts and are subject to qualification requirements. Estimator outputs are illustrative ranges only.

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the site, attempt to disrupt it, or submit information you do not have the right to share.

4. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use after changes means you accept the revised Terms.

Part B — SMS messaging (Specialty Tax AI Outreach)

Welcome to Specialty Tax AI Outreach (“we,” “our,” or “us”). By using our SMS messaging services, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions.

5. Purpose of messages

  • Inform commercial property owners about potential tax-savings opportunities.
  • Offer the option to schedule a consultation.

6. Eligibility

  • You must be the authorized recipient of the phone number contacted.
  • Our outreach is directed toward individuals likely to benefit from our tax-advisory services.

7. Message frequency

  • You will receive no more than one initial message unless you respond and engage in further conversation.
  • We do not send recurring promotional messages.

8. Opting out

  • You may opt out at any time by replying “STOP” or “UNSUBSCRIBE.”
  • Once we receive this request, we will no longer contact you via SMS.

9. Data accuracy

  • Information used in this outreach (for example, property ownership or phone numbers) is gathered from publicly available real-estate records or commercial data providers.
  • If you believe you were contacted in error, reply “Wrong Number” and we will remove your information.

10. No guarantee of savings

  • Tax-savings estimates are for informational purposes only and do not constitute legal or tax advice.
  • Actual savings may vary depending on your specific tax situation.

11. Changes to these terms

  • We may update these Terms from time to time.
  • Continued use of our messaging service after changes implies your acceptance of the revised terms.
