Specialty Tax, LLC (“we,” “our,” or “us”) values your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your information through this website and through our SMS outreach campaign, Specialty Tax AI Outreach.

Part A — Website

1. Information we collect on this website

Information you submit: name, email, phone, company, messages, and any files you upload through our contact, estimator, CPA partner, and newsletter forms, including the project details you enter in the Benefit Estimator.
Technical and analytics data: if you accept cookies, we may use analytics (such as Google Analytics) to understand how the site is used, including pages viewed, device and browser type, and approximate location. We also keep our own record of site activity, such as pages visited, buttons clicked, how visitors found the site, and the anonymous answers given in the Benefit Estimator, stored in our Microsoft 365 account. This record does not include your name or contact details. The map on our Contact page is provided by Google and loads only after you accept cookies or choose to show it.

2. How we use website information

To respond to your inquiry and provide the estimate or service you request.
To understand and improve the site.
To send updates you have asked for, such as our newsletter (you can unsubscribe at any time).

3. Cookies

We use a cookie consent banner. Analytics cookies load only if you accept. You can change your choice at any time using “Cookie settings” in the footer.

4. Service providers

We use service providers to host the site, process form submissions, and manage communications and our CRM (for example, our hosting and forms platform, email tools, analytics, and Microsoft 365). They may process data only to provide services to us. We do not sell your information.

Part B — SMS outreach

5. Information we collect

Message data: phone numbers, message content, and conversation history.
Optional data: any additional information you voluntarily share during communication.
Public records: owner names, property addresses, and contact details from real-estate and commercial data sources.

6. How we use your information

Deliver messages regarding potential tax benefits.
Ensure message accuracy and avoid duplicates.
Create internal leads only if you respond and request more information.

7. Sharing your information

We do not sell, rent, or share your information with third parties, except as required to:

Comply with legal obligations.
Work with service providers (for example, Textline, Zapier, and our CRM platform) under strict confidentiality agreements.

8. Opt-out and deletion

You can opt out of SMS messages at any time by replying “STOP” or “UNSUBSCRIBE.” Your number will be flagged to ensure no further contact.

9. Security

We use secure protocols to protect your data.
All information is stored securely (for example, in AWS DynamoDB) and used only for this outreach effort.

10. Data retention

If you do not respond to SMS outreach, your contact data will be deleted within 12 months.
If you opt out, your number will be retained only to ensure you are not contacted again.
